TRAIN YOUR SOFT SKILLS: MODULES 1 – 4
The training wants to enable young women to earn a steady income and build a future. This includes nurturing a long term perspective related to issues such as continuous personal growth, parenthood, family life and how to cope with traditional family roles. Also, being a female entrepreneur in West Africa is not only about self-sufficiency. It is also about social safety in an environment dominated by men.

TRAIN YOUR BUSINESS SKILLS: MODULES 5 – 8
The training wants to help participants to be able to receive funding and new business partners. You will have the chance to pitch in front of bank representatives and convince them to support your business. Investors want to feel confident they will see a return of their investment. Your business plan will be the tool to convince people that working with you – or investing in your business – is a smart choice. A good business plan guides you through each stage of starting and managing your business. It’s a roadmap for how to structure, run and grow your business. It’s a way to think through the key elements of your business. Also creating your MVP (minimal viable product) is key for success.
